VPN purpose: game network acceleration only (iOS Network Extension). Not used for ads, traffic analytics, content inspection, or any unrelated purpose.
Answers to App Review Questions
1. What user information is the app collecting using VPN?
While the acceleration tunnel is active, the app collects connection metadata only:
- Connection start/end timestamps and duration
- Selected acceleration node/route and game / region
- Quality metrics: latency (ping), packet loss, jitter, reconnect count
- Total bytes transferred (volume number only — no payload inspection)
- Temporary encrypted-tunnel session parameters (invalid after the session ends)
We do not collect, log, store, or analyze any traffic content or application-layer data, including browsing history, URLs visited, DNS query contents, chat/messages, passwords, or file contents. Acceleration nodes forward packets in real time and discard them immediately — no content logging.
2. For what purposes is this information collected? (complete list of planned uses)
- Establish and maintain the acceleration connection (core functionality)
- Smart route selection and node scheduling
- Service quality monitoring and network optimization
- Fault diagnosis and customer support
- Security / anti-abuse (malicious traffic, account sharing abuse)
- Membership entitlement verification (aggregate traffic volume only)
These are the complete planned uses. The data is not used for advertising, user profiling, cross-app tracking, marketing analytics, or any purpose unrelated to providing acceleration.
3. Will the data be shared with any third parties? Where is it stored?
- We do not sell, rent, or share VPN-collected data with third parties for their commercial purposes.
- Exceptions only: (a) cloud infrastructure processors that host our servers under a data-processing agreement and may not use the data for their own purposes; (b) disclosure required by applicable law or lawful government/judicial request.
- Payment and crash-analytics SDKs never touch tunnel traffic content.
- Account information, connection metadata, and logs are stored on servers in the People’s Republic of China.
- Offshore acceleration nodes (if any) perform real-time forwarding only and do not store any user traffic content.
- Connection metadata is retained for no more than 6 months, then deleted or anonymized.
Consent before collection / upload
- On first launch, a privacy consent dialog is shown. No personal data is collected or uploaded before the user taps Agree.
- Before the first acceleration session, iOS shows the system “Add VPN Configuration” prompt; the tunnel is created only after user confirmation.
- Users may withdraw consent, disconnect, or remove the VPN configuration at any time in the app or iOS Settings.
